The contract

Adding items to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if stock is unavailable, pricing is obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Products and authenticity

We sell authentic branded fragrances. Images are for illustration; packaging can vary between batches. Descriptions, notes and “inspired by” comments are guidance only — always check the product page. If something is not as described, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. You pay at checkout using the methods we display. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery

Delivery is as set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave (or collected from a pickup point you chose).

Cancellations and returns

Consumers have statutory cancellation and quality rights. Fragrance hygiene rules apply to opened bottles. Full details: Returns & Refunds.

Wholesale

Trade sales are subject to our wholesale terms and any credit or authorisation we agree in writing. Retail website prices are not trade prices.

Website use

You may use this site for lawful personal or business shopping. Do not misuse it (including scraping, attacking, or posting unlawful content). Product names and brand marks belong to their owners; we sell genuine goods, we do not claim those brands.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. For consumers, your statutory rights are unaffected. For business customers, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their home UK nation.
